Any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after the date of receipt, but only with a Return Authorization number (see below). Any shipment fees associated with returns will be paid by customer. We will refund the initial shipping charges only if the merchandise is defective, or if we made a mistake in the shipment of your order.
At this time, we only process returns and do not offer exchanges. If you desire to make an exchange, please return your merchandise within 30 days and place a new order at www.ogio.ca at your convenience. The credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return amount. Once a return is received by OGIO Canada, it may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your credit card statement. For any merchandise purchased over the Holiday season, OGIO Canada will extend the refund to 60 days from date of purchase. This 60 day extension is valid for purchases made between November 20th and December 24th.
Please send and email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order Number
- Date that you received the order
- Style Number and name of the item(s)
- Color of the item(s)
RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND IN NEW CONDITION UNLESS A DEFECTIVE CLAIM IS BEING MADE
You will then receive a Return Authorization number, as well as the ship-to address. Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box before sending back.
